A new guide is live!

Although some of you may be pros who think they know everything about guilds, guild academies, and the reward system, check out the guide to see if there is anything you are missing!

Also, as the Guild Tournament system gets tweaked and out of Beta, there will be a section for that also within this guide.

I’m very excited to announce that the Tower of Iyzel should be working properly and the guild tournament entry fee has been reduced to 5 gold, down from 10.

Keep up the suggestions and comments about the guild tournament in the guild tournament thread. Although other changes will most likely take a lot more time to complete, Outspark is definitely listening.

The Guild Tournament System has been released.

The idea of it is really cool and Outspark will do everything we can to make sure that it performs to its maximum capacity, but we definitely need your help. Please try it out and make use the official Guild Tournament section in the forums to report bugs as well as give us constructive criticism about it.

Feel free to post questions on the forum, also. For example, I was looking through the process and couldn’t help but notice the “Prize” category:

Took me a while to figure out what this was. It turns out this is a guild tournament storage system where you can keep items and gold won from the tournaments until they are ready to be distributed. The name “Prize” was really throwing me off, but it becomes a lot more clear when you see the same window pop up as you speak to the Guild Tournament prize distributor–those rings are pretty awesome, btw.

Go in to game and took a look if you haven’t yet.

Two extremely entertaining Forums MVP contests are ending today, and if you haven’t seen them yet you definitely should.

The first is a contest based on creating the best Fiesta-based pick up lines. It’s currently 22 pages long but well worth the read. The pickup lines are just too funny, I was laughing aloud.

The second is on the DGO forums because it’s based off making a song out of the words of a song called “It’s You, It’s Me” which is in DGO.  The objective is to rewrite the song using your own words and relate it to DGO, including the title. There have been some pretty good entries.

If you are wondering what an MVP forum contest is, or what’s the point: Wining an MVP forum contest will earn you a bronze forum MVP badge. Once you win 5 you will get a silver badge, and after 10 a shiny gold badge will be yours.
