RJ KoolRaul from the dance group Supreme Soul has teamed up with Outspark to help bring new dances to Dance Groove Online!

Check out this video to catch a glimpse of just some of the new dances that will be in Dance Groove Online when Open Beta is ready!

Two extremely entertaining Forums MVP contests are ending today, and if you haven’t seen them yet you definitely should.

The first is a contest based on creating the best Fiesta-based pick up lines. It’s currently 22 pages long but well worth the read. The pickup lines are just too funny, I was laughing aloud.

The second is on the DGO forums because it’s based off making a song out of the words of a song called “It’s You, It’s Me” which is in DGO.  The objective is to rewrite the song using your own words and relate it to DGO, including the title. There have been some pretty good entries.

If you are wondering what an MVP forum contest is, or what’s the point: Wining an MVP forum contest will earn you a bronze forum MVP badge. Once you win 5 you will get a silver badge, and after 10 a shiny gold badge will be yours.

Got a craving to play DGO that you just can’t satisfy?

Well how do you think all of our characters are feeling?

They are probably wandering the streets looking for something to dance to, completely miserable.

The 6 key mode can get quite difficult at times.

Also in the advanced channel try the regular 4 key mode or 4 key x 2 mode, and you’ll notice that they’ve made it so you have to press up and down at the same time, which doesn’t exist in any of the other channels.

I am still trying to figure out the best way of hitting both of these arrows. It seems like a flat middle finger across both is a little bit easier than trying to press each arrow with the tip of a finger.

Although most of you already know that CBT2 for DGO will begin September 4th, and that there will new features including a more difficult 6 key mode in the advanced channel, I’d like to share a little inside information about the game.

We sent a survey out to everyone who played DGO in CBT1 and out of the people that completed it, over 95% were looking forward to CBT2. This basically means that if you haven’t tried DGO yet you should. It’s shocking how fun and addicting the game really is to everyone.

The tournament we had in the Outspark office was so much fun for everyone, even though my team got second place instead of first T.T

We had an elimination style tournament bracket with 9 teams of 3 competing.
