Players lucky enough to get into the Blackshot closed beta can now frag their friends online for the next week. The beta servers will be online between the hours of 10:00am PST and 10:00pm PST from now until October 5th, allowing beta testers a chance to play the upcoming free-to-play first-person shooter.

Featuring 4 playable mercenaries, 17 powerful weapons, 7 varied maps, and 3 challenging game modes, including an innovative cooperative bunker defense mode, Blackshot hurls players into a virtual war zone filled with fierce head-to-head action. As powerful nations compete for money and resources, players must take on the role of a deadly mercenary engaged in endless conflict.

The latest patch for Secret of the Solstice has arrived, introducing a new in-game mail system, an easy to use PvP arena, and cool Kung Fu items!

For a small fee of Kron you can now send, receive, and store messages from other players using a new in-game mail system. In case you’d rather fight than socialize, you can visit the newly-appointed Arena Master in Esper Park instead and best other players in three distinct PvP modes - party PvP, free PvP, and guild PvP.

New Kung Fu items, including a stylish yellow jumpsuit, nunchunks, and the deadly Dragon Bow are now available in the Solstice Store, allowing you to show off your love for classic Kung Fu movies or just wear something more comfortable when karate chopping your enemies. Besides looking cool, players sporting the Kung Fu Jumpsuit can also participate in the Kung Fu PvP Tournament tomorrow. Form teams of four with three of your friends and put your fighting skills to the ultimate test!

Just run your Solstice launcher like normal and the latest patch will download automatically.
