Fiesta player and active forum poster Nerria held her very own contest in the Outspark forums recently to solicit stories from Fiesta players about the holiday season. Check out these excerpts from two of the winning entries:

…Eventually he made it to Roumen, he saw to the wolf straight off, bargaining with the merchant he decided to let the man keep the meat as payment for skinning and curing the leather for the cape. He stopped in the middle of town to admire the huge Christmas tree and all the fantastic decorations. There were happy people everywhere, and he couldn’t stop smiling if he wanted to. Turning slowly he moved towards Pey, to get his sister’s wreath and a few other provisions they needed…

-Fantastyk’s Snowy Adventure

…Alektos cracked open the door to her Rad Mushroom cautiously. As a swirl of snow crept into her cozy den, she slammed the door shut and covered her bare midriff with both arms. ‘Awww man…why couldn’t they have made a Fighter one piece…it’s cold!’ She slumped against the wall of her house for a moment, then plopped her Event Hat onto her head. ‘Oh well…1, 2, 3.’ She dashed out of her house quickly.
She couldn’t afford to stay in the house all day; she still had Christmas presents to deliver. Pasting a cheerful grin on her face she wandered around Elderine…

-Alektos’ Very Merry Christmas Tale
